 Anshul is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ global finance leadership experience across listed and private equity-backed organisations. Through Sterling Artha, he provides accounting, finance, funding and operational advisory services, acting as a Fractional CFO and COO to founder-led businesses seeking experienced financial leadership and commercial support. 

 His current portfolio includes Strawberry Star Group, Surrey Country Club Limited, Ingrebourne Country Club and Auriva Recruitment, where he partners with management teams to strengthen financial governance, improve operational performance and create long-term shareholder value. 

 Anshul has played a key role in the acquisition and integration of two of the UK’s largest listed housebuilders and property developers—Vistry Group following its acquisition of Countryside, and Barratt Redrow plc—helping embed robust financial governance, reporting frameworks and operational controls across complex, multi-entity businesses. Earlier in his career, as Lead Internal Auditor at F5 Networks Inc., he worked closely with senior leadership to strengthen governance, risk management and corporate reporting. 

 Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Anshul has built strong relationships with entrepreneurs, HNIs and business owners, helping organisations improve financial discipline, optimise operational processes and build high-performing finance teams. He also supports the Indian National Student Association (INSA), contributing to initiatives that promote student and community development.
