Founder – Sterling Artha Limited 

 Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and strategic finance leader with over 20 years’ experience advising founder-led businesses, private equity-backed companies and multinational organisations. Through Sterling Artha, he provides accounting, finance and strategic advisory services, acting as a Fractional CFO, Non-Executive Director and trusted advisor to founders, boards and investors. 

 Rajiv currently advises a portfolio of high-growth businesses, including acting as Fractional CFO to Thursday, a global consumer technology platform operating in over 100 countries, supporting Series A readiness, profitability, governance and investor reporting. He also serves as Non-Executive Director for Untitled Hotels, a hospitality venture of The Postcard Hotel Pvt. Ltd., and Fintra, a fast-growing fintech company, and as Restructuring Director for Strawberry Star, supporting strategic finance and restructuring initiatives. 

 Prior to founding Sterling Artha, Rajiv held senior finance leadership roles with Bidvest Noonan UK, JLL, Interserve and Virgin Media, leading commercial finance, acquisition integration and business transformation programmes. Earlier in his career at Deloitte UK and PwC India, he advised global organisations including Rolex, General Motors, Computer Sciences Corporation, Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular. Rajiv is also an alumnus of the London Business School CFO Programme.
