Mercurius Engages with Marketplace Sellers at Prosper Show 2026

Las Vegas, April 2026: Mercurius Advisory Services participated in Prosper Show 2026, held March 10 to 12 at the Wynn Las Vegas, engaging with marketplace sellers and ecommerce operators across three days of industry discussions and peer exchange. 

Understanding the Marketplace Ecosystem 

Prosper Show brought together sellers operating across major online platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon alongside broader multi-channel strategies. The event combined educational sessions with an expo environment where businesses explored tools and partners across logistics, advertising, financial management, and compliance. 

The 2026 edition saw participation from both established brands managing significant marketplace volumes and growing businesses refining their approach to inventory, fulfillment, and expansion. Attendees represented operations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other digital sales channels. 

Conversations Shaped by Scale and Complexity 

Across the three days, the team interacted with sellers navigating different stages of growth. Discussions frequently centered on FBA accounting, multi-state tax exposure, entity structuring, and financial reporting frameworks required to support operations across platforms. 

What emerged was not a single challenge, but a pattern. Many businesses had scaled their revenue faster than their financial systems. Some were approaching their first multi-state tax filings, while others were managing inventory across multiple warehouses and fulfillment networks without a fully aligned accounting structure. 

Leadership Perspective 

“The range of businesses at Prosper was striking,” said Yitesh Bhalla, Director at Mercurius Advisory Services. “We spoke with sellers at very different stages, but the underlying issue was consistent. As operations grow, financial and tax structures often fall out of sync. Addressing this early makes a significant difference in how sustainably a business can scale.” 

Looking Beyond Individual Challenges 

Prosper also created space for broader conversations within the ecommerce ecosystem, including interactions with software providers, logistics partners, and firms supporting marketplace businesses. These discussions offered a clearer view of how operational, technological, and financial layers come together as ecommerce businesses expand.
