Mercurius was newly acquainted with the client, who operated the business that provided typesetting and print services. Their main requirements were to record invoice templates on QuickBooks accurately and manage accounts receivables. Our experts, who have industry-specific experiences in serving clients, helped the client in resolving all the pain points.

DISCUSSION

The client’s company was providing services related to Edgar, iXBRL, Typesetting, and Print Services. The company’s turnover for that year was $3.01 million which was higher than the previous years. They have more than 80 customers.

REQUIREMENTS

The most important task for the client was creating invoices and sending them to the respective customers on a timely basis in the specific invoices template as the payment terms for most of the clients were ‘Due on Receipt’ basis. The client wanted an expert accountant to do the bookkeeping including accounts receivable management for them. The invoices were to be recorded in QuickBooks and the same was supposed to be with them.

SOLUTION

Mercurius being one of the best accounting firms, appointed their bookkeeping experts to handle the tasks of the new client. Every team member has multi-country expertise in providing accounting services. Thus, we have been successful in keeping all our clients satisfied.

The client approached us in May 2021. As per the client’s requirement, all the invoices were to be recorded in QuickBooks. Then, the draft for the same was supposed to be shared with the client for approval. Once all invoices get approved, we send them to the respective customers through QuickBooks. Initially, we recorded all the invoices manually but we realized that it takes more time as well as is challenging in terms of accuracy. Thus, we researched the matter through which we found an automated software called Saasant. This software proved to be immensely useful to us since we just need to upload the template, and the invoices get automatically recorded in QuickBooks. It works with the most accuracy and solves the problem of time management.

The client was highly satisfied with our work. They were glad to select us as their bookkeeper since our experts made sure that all the problems were mended.
