Mercurius Advisory Services turned compassion into action by hosting a life-saving blood donation drive at its Delhi office in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, reflecting the company’s belief in extending care beyond the workplace and making a meaningful contribution to society.
About the Blood Donation Drive
Carrying the heartfelt message “Be the reason someone gets another chance at life,” the drive drew strong support from employees across different teams. More than 200 colleagues registered to participate, and after medical screenings, 52 were found fit and successfully donated. With each unit of blood capable of saving up to three lives, their combined contribution has the potential to bring hope and healing to over 150 individuals.
What made the day truly special was the number of first-time donors who chose to step up. For many employees, donating blood was a new experience. Their participation highlighted the compassion and commitment that lies at the heart of Mercurius’s culture.

A team of doctors and medical staff from the IRCS Blood Centre were present throughout the drive, ensuring every step of the process was safe, comfortable, and reassuring for employees.
A Gesture of Appreciation
As a token of gratitude, each donor received a one-year Donor Card, entitling them and their immediate family (spouse, children, and parents) to one unit of blood anywhere in India, should the need arise.
The initiative not only highlighted the life-saving impact of blood donation but also reinforced Mercurius’s culture of responsibility, where employees actively contribute to causes that reach far beyond the office walls.
